Joseph Lee
Senior Pastor

Formerly the Dean of the School of Church Music at the Singapore Bible College, Joe assumed the role as Senior Pastor of Bartley Christian Church from February 2023. Only by the grace and wisdom of God, and together with a healthy and loving team, he believes in shepherding the church that comprises of seven language congregations. He also hopes to model biblical leadership for future generations, whether within the church, or mission field. A former missionary of Bartley, he remains active as an Executive Board member of Global Consultation on Art and Music in Missions. Together with Amelia, they have three sons, Samuel, Iain and Timothy.
Jason Lee

Ps Jason oversees the English Congregation and he is passionate about missions and empowering one to reach their fullest potential in Christ. Together with his wife, KK, they were formerly serving in a creative access nation, and now enjoys mentoring couples. They have one son, Lucas, who has brought much joy and discipleship moments to the family.

Ps Mah oversees our Discipleship ministry (Christian Education-FEED & Cell Group) at Bartley. A gifted communicator, bible teacher and theologian, he is married to Elaine and they have 4 children; Caleb, David, Barnabas & Abigail.

Jonathan remains young-at-heart by shooting hoops and playing board games with his three little ones, Mya, Nathan and Olive. He leads the Youth Ministry passionately as he is convinced that Christ-centered discipleship of the next generation is key to expanding the kingdom of God.

Tony oversees the Missional Cells at Bartley and is passionate about cultivating Christ-centered communities and connecting people together through the creative arts. Together with Sabrina, they have three daughters, Phoebe, Gwen and Nicole.
LEONG-WOO NAN SIEW
Pastor
Nan Siew is a dedicated teacher and missionary. After six years of teaching in local schools, she pursued theology and linguistics studies to prepare for cross-cultural work in East Asia. For 14 years, she served in a minority group, developing resources to read the Bible in their language and supporting marginalized women and children.
Returning to Bartley, she led the Children’s Ministry from January 2020. Her vision is a safe, inclusive place where children and teachers can grow in faith.

Pastor Clevee is a product of the love and patience of certain mentors. Though once a wretched man, Christ rescued him and continues to shape him towards caring for others. Clevee has been serving in the Filipino congregation since 2021. He is married to Esther, and dad to Levi.

Gloria leads the Young Adults Ministry at Bartley Christian Church, where she’s passionate about discipleship and raising the next generation of spiritual leaders. She has a heart for helping young people live out their faith in real and practical ways, whether it’s in school, at work, or within community.
Having grown up in Bartley since young, Gloria answered God’s call to full-time ministry in 2013 and has been serving faithfully ever since. Her greatest joy is walking alongside young adults as they grow in their love for Jesus and step boldly into their God-given calling.
She is married to Aaron, her childhood sweetheart, and together they’re raising their baby daughter, Noelle, with loads of love.

Alvin & Daisy served as Bartley’s missionaries to Cambodia, and they returned to serve with the pastoral team. The Lord called them back to
cross-cultural ministry as dean of Discipleship Training Centre. They continue to serve Bartley in our Family Life ministry as marriage mentors and facilitators of our Marriage Preparation course. Alvin’s vision & passion is to see the local church becoming missional in its community and make disciples of all nations for God’s Kingdom.

He is happily married to Amanda Lee. |  Serene LumMissions Director Sent by Bartley to serve overseas, Serene had the honour to bless others as a missionary in Cambodia from 2003-2013. Upon returning, she continued her ministry at the Overseas Missionary Fellowship and Bartley. Serene is married to Dr. Jeffrey Lum, a current Bartley Christian Church Elder, and they have three children: Ethan, Sarah, and Cheryl.
