Multimedia executive
Position Overview:
The Multimedia Executive is a creative and versatile role responsible for the heart of our digital and visual storytelling.
You will develop compelling content, manage key platforms, and support church services, ensuring all communications reflect our faith, engage our community, and advance the church's mission. This role blends creative production with strategic execution.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
1. Content Strategy & Creation
-
Develop and produce engaging multimedia content for church service and various channels, including publicity materials, social media posts, website, etc.

Build and protect the church’s brand identity across all materials, ensuring alignment with our values and mission.
2. Videography & Visual Storytelling
-
Capture and edit compelling video narratives, including testimonies and event coverage, that convey authentic stories of faith.

Produce finished videos that reflect the heart and core values of Bartley.
3. Digital Platform Management
-
Oversee website content, design, and functionality to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and supports ministry objectives.

Assist in executing social media strategy, including campaigns and posts, to enhance our online presence, engage the community, and drive platform traffic.
4. Production & Event Support

Facilitate the smooth running of church services and events by managing relevant software and presentation systems.

Co-manage the pool of Audio-Visual volunteers alongside the AV Executive.
5. Collaboration & Project Management
-
Work closely with cross-ministry teams to develop targeted publicity and communication materials.

Maintain excellent organizational skills, handling multiple projects and deadlines with an adaptable and proactive approach.

Professional Skills & Requirements
-
Relevant experience in multimedia content creation, videography, and editing.

Relevant experience in website/social media management.

Good project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Experience with AV equipment and live production software is advantageous.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY STAFF
Position Overview:
Bartley Christian Church is seeking a motivated and organised Children’s Ministry Staff to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of lesson plans, programmes for children up to 12 years old. The role involves teaching, administrative coordination and programme support, working closely with volunteers, parents, and ministry teams.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
Coordinate Ministry Administrative Matters
-
Prepare and oversee the ministry’s work calendar, inventory and budget
-
Coordinate and manage the ministry’s external web page, internal SharePoint, functional email and other ministry social media channels
-
Coordinate and manage the lifecycle processes of children and teachers in the ministry from registration to exiting
-
Coordinate and manage periodic operational and housekeeping activities such as attendance records, craft preparation and procurement of resources
-
Manage and oversee ministry data and assist in producing statistics and data reports as requested
-
Serve as the ministry’s representative within the church in matters such as data protection and document coordination.
Programme & Volunteer Coordination
-
Involved in the pastoral care and development of children
-
Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate programmes and activities
-
Assist in curriculum coordination and implementation

Coordinate volunteer scheduling, training, and communication
-
Maintain communication channels with parents and volunteers
Collaboration & Events
-
Work closely with the team to plan and execute Children’s Ministry special events and activities including children’s camps, fund-raising events and Christmas programs.

Work closely with cross-ministry teams where support is needed for children-related activities and programs
Professional Skills & Requirements

Align with Bartley Christian Church’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Qualified and shows abilities to teach Christian education with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Passionate about children and willing to go the extra mile to tend to the personal needs as well as to the needs of the whole flock to grow them in Christ

Committed team player, able to work collectively as well as individually

Experience working with children and/or families

Experience in Microsoft 365 would be an advantage

Able to work on Sundays
